I ordered 2 elbow sleeve and 2 knee sleeves for men in medium size. I did not start using them immediately. When I started using them within one month they showing loose white thread coming out of the elbow sleeves which keep getting worse day by day. I ordered three items from Copper Wear. I have been waiting twenty-one days then I called 1-973-287-5190. They said my items were sent but returned. I ask why and instead of sending it by Fed-Ex or UPS as the order said it was sent to a Post Office then returned. this company is trouble I would never buy a thing from them again. the product is cheaply made and way over priced. costumer service is trouble also they barely speak English.it cost me thirty dollars for something not worth ten dollars. I want to send back but will cost me over ten dollars to do so. I am stuck with it but very unhappy. I will not buy anything like this off line again. I love my copper wear socks. I would recommend them for every one. I loved them so much I bought several of them. They have helped my feet out so much. And I'm on my feet all the time.

Had to demand a refund because they said they had shipped my item but did not. UPSMI said that they created a label but did not in fact put the 'supposed' parcel out to be shipped. Had to hold outrageous amounts of time (over an hour on the phone) and finally a supervisor - employee # g88 - told me they would refund my hard-earned money. Followed the sizing chart on their site and ordered 2 calf sleeves on April 21, 15. When they arrived, they were WAY too big, so I requested an exchange. I returned them within 2 days of my receipt. Followed up about a month later on their site and the orders status says "backordered" for a week. There was also a tracking number that didn't work so I called. Got the runaround.... blah blah blah. I am having tremendous trouble finding an order and they have no customer service except online chat. They gave me a tracking number but UPS has no record of it. I can get no help from them at all except form answers. I think I have been scammed. I want my money back! I am pleased to be afforded with this opportunity to air my view on such a dissatisfied service. However, I do hope my review on the situation help others in their process with any online purchase by the said merchant before they make the same mistake as I did.

I had the same thing done to me. In addition to they taking out my money out of my account twice. They also have not customer service contact number/s. When you call the number provided you automatically gets value plus with their aggressive sales for no reason. ALERT!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT>>>BUYERS BEWARE. I placed an ordered 3 weeks ago and I received an email confirmation with the usps tracking information to go log on to check the status and it is not a valid number, I tried calling and they don't answer,they give you the runaround about coming from a far shipping location.
